What we collect

Information you give us

If you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if provided, the business area and service you are enquiring about, your indicated budget range and timeline, and your project description. We collect this because you asked us to respond to an enquiry — the lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying to prospective clients.

Submissions are stored in this site’s WordPress database and forwarded to our email. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and reliability purposes.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies and processes usage data, including a truncated IP address. Logged-in site editors are excluded from this measurement. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by using your browser’s tracking-protection settings.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only for people who log in to administer the site. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies as described above.

Third parties who process data for us

• Hostinger — website hosting, email delivery and CDN.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to start a chat using the chat button; that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

International transfers

We are based in India and work with clients in other countries, including the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Enquiry data you send us may therefore be processed in India. Where we handle personal data on behalf of a client under a services agreement, the transfer safeguards and processing terms are set out in that agreement, including Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread that goes quiet. Beyond that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK or EU these rights come from the UK GDPR and GDPR; if you are in California, from the CCPA/CPRA; if you are in India, from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

To exercise any of them, email hello@sarvadainfotech.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the enquiry database is limited to accounts that need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain payment card details or sensitive personal data through this website at all.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, contact you directly.
