1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of sarvadainfotech.com. They are not the contract for a project. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, and where that agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the agreement takes precedence.

2. Using this site

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site’s content wholesale to pass off as your own, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute malware or send unsolicited messages through our contact form.

3. Content on this site is informational

Case studies describe work we have done and the outcomes as we observed them. They are illustrative, not a promise of the same result for you — the outcome of any project depends on your product, market and constraints as much as on our work.

Anything published under Sarvada Labs is an internal build or concept demonstration. It is clearly labelled as such and does not represent a client engagement or a deployed client system.

Articles in the Journal are general commentary, not professional advice for your specific situation.

4. Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline work, and you are free to go elsewhere at any point before an agreement is signed. Please do not send confidential material through the form — tell us it exists and we will arrange a suitable channel and an NDA if you want one.

5. How we engage

Our standard commitments, which are reflected in every statement of work we issue:

• Fixed scope. Engagements begin as a defined pilot with a defined deliverable and a defined price. Changes to scope are agreed and priced before they are built, not billed after the fact.
• You own the output. On full payment, the code, configuration and documentation produced for you are yours, along with the accounts and infrastructure they run on.
• No lock-in. We do not build on proprietary platforms you cannot take elsewhere, and we do not hold credentials hostage at the end of an engagement.
• Testing is included. Test coverage appropriate to the risk of the system is part of the scope, not a separate purchase.

6. Third-party services

Systems we build often depend on third-party platforms — messaging APIs, payment gateways, model providers, hosting. Those platforms set their own terms, pricing and availability, and can change them. We will tell you which dependencies a design introduces before we build on them, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price increases.

7. AI systems specifically

Agentic and AI-based systems are probabilistic. We design guardrails, test them against defined cases, and build escalation paths to a human, but no such system behaves correctly in every possible situation. Where an AI system makes or influences decisions that affect your customers, you remain responsible for how it is used and for the review processes around it. We will always tell you where we think a deterministic solution is the safer choice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, this website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Liability relating to project work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.

9. Intellectual property

The Sarvada Infotech name, the site design, and the written content on this site belong to us, except where third-party names are used to identify their owners. Client names and brands mentioned in case studies belong to those clients and are used with reference to work we performed.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.
