Your releases keep breaking things that used to work.
We build the regression suite that stops it — designed and owned by an ISTQB-certified QA lead who has done this for enterprise identity, automotive data and e-commerce platforms for nine years.
Coverage review $1,500 · automation suites from $3,500 · you own the framework · agreed overlap hours with your team
Manual QA stops scaling long before your product does.
Most teams reach the same point. The suite is a spreadsheet. Regression testing before a release takes two days of someone’s week, so it gets shortened, so something slips through. The people who know what to test are the people you most need building features.
Hiring for it is slow and expensive, and a contractor who writes brittle tests leaves you worse off than before — a suite nobody trusts gets ignored, and then it is just maintenance cost with no safety benefit.
A suite your team can actually maintain.
A risk-based test strategy
Before a line of test code: which flows genuinely threaten revenue if they break, which are cosmetic, and where automation pays for itself versus where it never will.
An automation framework, built to be handed over
Cucumber BDD with Selenium and Java, or the equivalent in your stack. Readable scenarios, page objects, no copy-pasted selectors — structured so your developers can add to it without calling us. Read our open-source reference frameworks before you decide.
API test coverage
Contract and behaviour tests with Rest Assured or equivalent, so integration breakage surfaces in CI rather than in production.
CI integration
The suite runs on every pull request and reports where your team already looks, rather than in a tool nobody opens.
Defect triage that holds up
Reproducible reports with the evidence attached, in your tracker, written by someone who has run QA teams and knows what a developer needs to fix something.
Handover and documentation
A framework your team owns outright, plus the walkthrough that makes that ownership real. No dependency on us to keep it running.
Testing is the core discipline here, not a side service.
ISTQB CTFL certified
Formal grounding in test design, not just tool familiarity.
Enterprise platforms
Customer identity SaaS, automotive pricing data, petroleum analytics and e-learning — systems where a production defect has real cost.
Framework design, not just tests
Built for other engineers to rely on daily, which is a different problem from writing tests alone.
Built to be given away
Frameworks structured for your team to maintain without us, with documentation and a walkthrough as part of the deliverable.
Four steps, fixed scope.
Coverage review
We look at what you ship, what breaks, and what is tested today, then map the gap. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Scoped pilot
One defined slice — usually your highest-risk flow — automated end to end, at an agreed fixed price.
Extend
With the pattern proven and running in your CI, coverage widens in agreed increments.
Hand over
Documentation, a walkthrough, and a framework your team maintains without us.
Published starting prices.
Priced by what gets built, not by hours booked. Every engagement is a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins.
$1,500
One week, flat fee. You keep the written findings whether or not you continue.
From $3,500
Framework plus your five most critical flows, running in CI. Two to three weeks.
From $7,000
Framework, 10–15 flows, page objects and an API test layer. Four to five weeks.
From $1,000/mo
Up to 10 hours a month keeping flows, selectors and the CI run green as your product changes. Cancel any month.
Need human eyes before a launch? A pre-launch manual QA check — up to 10 key flows across browsers and devices, with a prioritised bug report — is $875 fixed. Larger suites — 20+ flows with visual regression and full API coverage — start at $11,000. Shown in USD; quoted and invoiced in GBP, EUR or AUD. No hourly billing, and no open-ended retainers.
Questions teams ask before starting
How do you work with teams in the US or UK?
We agree a fixed daily overlap window with your working hours at the start of the engagement and keep to it, so stand-ups, reviews and escalations happen live rather than on a 24-hour delay. Written handover at the end of each day covers the rest.
What does the coverage review cost?
A flat $1,500, quoted in your own currency. It runs about a week and the written findings are yours regardless of whether you continue. Automation suites start at $3,500 for a framework plus five critical flows, and $7,000 for 10 to 15 flows with an API layer. The scoping conversation itself is free, and there are no hourly rates or open-ended retainers.
Which tools and stacks do you work in?
Deepest experience is Cucumber BDD with Selenium and Java for UI, and Rest Assured for API testing, integrated with Jira and standard CI systems. We have also tested SDKs across Java, PHP, .NET, Python and Node, and CMS platforms including WordPress, Drupal, Shopify and BigCommerce.
Do we own the test suite?
Yes. The framework, the tests and the documentation are yours on full payment, in your repository, running in your CI. Nothing depends on a platform or licence that we control.
Can you take over an existing suite instead of starting fresh?
Often that is the right call. The review will say honestly whether your current suite is worth stabilising and extending, or whether the maintenance cost has already passed the point where a rebuild is cheaper.
What if automation is not the right answer for us?
We will say so. For some products the sensible answer is a short manual regression checklist and better release discipline, not a framework. Selling you automation you do not need would cost you money and cost us the relationship.
